We began this venture after being customers ourselves for over twenty years. Having used many different “House-Watch” companies we found ourselves in many situations that were problematic. For example, if your family comes down for a holiday weekend for a few days and your pool isn’t working, it most definitely affects your valuable time. We hope to modernize an old industry. Whenever we step into your home, we will send you pictures to see the condition of your property, we will also make you aware of any problems or potential problems, and offer the needed solutions. The most important part of taking care of one’s home is honesty, transparency, and communication. We have found the single largest problem to be reliability. To be able to contact one person, and know that they will always answer, or promptly respond is essential. To know that your home or rental property is being looked after as if it were one’s own. In a sentence, to give the property owner the peace of mind when you are far away. We also recognize once in your home, things go wrong. We can’t prevent every problem, but how our company handles those problems is what sets us apart. We hope you give us an opportunity to show you that are actions are comparable to our words.
